We are Troop 400, serving North Durham, Bahama and the surrounding area. Our Troop is very active... every month of the year!

We camp every month, we have a Troop activity every month, and we meet every week. We participate in high adventure treks, Camporees and the Order of the Arrow. We do all of these things because that is what the Scouts in our Troop have chosen to do. The Scouts choose the activities, plan the activities and execute those plans, because we are a Scout-Run Troop, in every sense of that term.

  • Camping Updates for October and November The Patrol Leaders Council has decided to make the October Campout an overnight local backpacking trip in lieu of the backpacking trip scheduled for the weekend of November 16-18. The PLC has decided to participate in the Occoneechee Council Day of Service at Camp Durant, instead. The Day of Service is designed to help in making repairs and readying Camp Durant after the damage recently caused by Hurricane Florence. This change does not affect the Punkin' Chunkin' to be held at Camp Campbell the first weekend of November.
