Troop 400 attends Camp Raven Knob annually to work on merit badges, rank advancement, and just to have fun. Raven Knob offers over 60 merit badges through several categories including aquatics, handicrafts, nature, scoutcraft and trail to eagle, shooting sports, and technology/STEM. The trip duration runs from Sunday (arrival) to Saturday (departure). The staff provides all three meals every day at the Dining Hall except for Family night on Wednesday when the troop invites parents to join them for a potluck at the campsite. Instead of tents, scouts and adults sleep in adirondacks which are basically cabins with shower curtains for doors. Three days out of the week, Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday a campfire is held where skits, awards, and Order of The Arrow ceremonies are performed. This page will be updated annually after each Raven Knob trip.
